Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, shipping preparation may require additional handling time.
If your order experiences a delay of more than 3 business days, our support team will notify you promptly by email at calvetpetsupp@gmail.com.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

  • Standard Shipping (France & EU): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (France & EU): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier receives your parcel.


Shipping Within France & the European Union

We proudly ship across France and European Union countries using trusted carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, and DHL.

All CalVet Pet Supp orders are securely packaged, tracked, and handled with care to ensure your pet products arrive on time and in perfect condition.


International Shipping Policy

CalVet Pet Supp ships to select international destinations outside the EU.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in their destination country.

CalVet Pet Supp is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, import restrictions, or local courier issues.
Before placing your order, please confirm that pet supplies and related products are permitted for import in your country.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CalVet Pet Supp is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at calvetpetsupp@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will promptly assess your case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
